Collection: Cutting & Marking Jigs

Jigs that turn a freehand mark into a repeatable one. The slip-on sleeves go over your pipe so you can scribe round their edges and cut to a line that was placed accurately rather than eyeballed. The blocks hold a mandrel bend while you cut it to angle or mark a merge. Better marking means tighter joints, less grinding to fit, and cleaner welds.

The range covers pie cutting, mitre blocks, X pipes, Y pieces and merges, angled notches, mandrel bend angles and sensor bung alignment. Everything is made to order in our own UK workshop, so custom sizes are available on request.
