Collection: Mitre Blocks

Blocks that hold a mandrel bend while you cut it to angle, for OD tube from 1.5" to 6". Set the key, butt the bend against it and cut at the face of the block. The scale runs in 10° steps on the standard jig, 5° steps on the V2 and 15° steps on the blocks for tight 1D bends. The X pipe and mitre blocks do the same job and add a face for marking X pipe merges. For pipe, the SCH10S version takes long and short radius weld elbows in 1.25", 1.5" and 2" NPS.

Set it once and repeat it across every cut, so a run of pieces comes out consistent instead of drifting. Made to order in the UK. Need an angle range or tube size that is not listed? Get in touch and we will quote it.
