At BendLabs, we design and manufacture all products in the United Kingdom and ship orders worldwide. Our goal is to dispatch orders quickly, provide clear delivery expectations, and keep you updated throughout the process.

Processing Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Custom items or larger workshop kits may require additional preparation time. If there is ever a delay, we will contact you immediately.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 48 or courier services depending on order size

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days after dispatch

Europe

Royal Mail International Tracked or courier services

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days

Rest of World

Royal Mail International Tracked or courier services

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 working days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

All orders use tracked services.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
BendLabs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Provide photos if the product arrived damaged

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement where appropriate
