Modelling Kits

Magnetic mockup block kits for designing turbo manifolds and tubular exhaust headers in schedule 10 pipe. Snap the blocks together to route your primaries around the block, turbo flange, wastegate and steering shaft, adjust until everything clears and the lengths balance, then count blocks to get an exact cut list. Nothing gets cut in stainless until the design already works.

Available across a range of NPS pipe sizes and kit sizes, with straight and bend add-on packs to top up whichever angle you run short on. Kits include a choice of centreline radii (CLR), so tight and sweeping bends can be mixed in a single design.

Note that these blocks are dimensioned for pipe, sized by nominal bore, not for mandrel bent tube sized by outside diameter. Everything is made to order in our own UK workshop, which is why we can quote centreline radii and pipe sizes the imported kits do not offer.
