For 1.5D and 2D bends you need the \u003ca href=\"\/products\/variable-mitre-angle-pipe-elbow-cutting-jig-fixtures-1-5d\"\u003e1.5D \/ 2D version\u003c\/a\u003e, or the \u003ca href=\"\/products\/variable-mitre-angle-pipe-elbow-cutting-jig-v2-5-degree-od-tube\"\u003eV2 mitre jig\u003c\/a\u003e with a slot every 5°. Not sure what radius your bends are? Measure from the centre of the curve to the centreline of the tube and check the table below.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese blocks are sized for \u003cstrong\u003eOD tube\u003c\/strong\u003e: mandrel bends sold by their outside diameter. They don't suit SCH10S weld elbows, which are made to a different bend radius. Magnets hold the two halves together.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMark round the bend at the end face of the block, or cut flush to the face.
